This is the web site of S:ta Clara
Kyrkas Vänner (The Friends of S:ta Clara Church).
S:ta Clara church is a part of the Stockholm Cathedral parish (diocese of Stockholm, The Church of Sweden).
Our vicar is the dean of Stockholm, Åke Bonnier. Priests in S:ta Clara are: Carl-Erik Sahlberg (assistant vicar), Nils Lidskog and Mats Nyholm. Our district visitors are Inga Pagréus and Hans Hernberg.
The church is open daily between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. (and during service). The S:ta Clara room (a café inside the church) is open Monday to Friday 12.30 to 3 p.m.
English translationsBeginning late in 2008, there will be translation into English during sunday services. Talk to Mats Eriksson or any of the staff for details.
International services- Some sundays at 4pm there is a service in English.
- A Swahili group meet in Klara every Sunday at 2pm.
- A Russian group meet in "Lillkyrkan" - the small building on our churchyard - Saturdays at 5pm.
